Hubbell HS23C S-Series 2U rackmount horizontal cable manager is a 19 inch wide x 3.50 inches high (2U) x 3 inches deep metal cable management panel. The HS23C is constructed from 14 AWG cold rolled steel with a 16AWG cover and finished in a black powder coat.
